What is the status of my order?
Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email so you can track the status of your order.
Can I make changes to my order?
We can only make changes to orders that have not yet been processed for shipment. Once your order is in the "Ready to Ship", "Shipped" or "Shipped" status, we will not be able to accept any edits to your order.

Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, including Asia, North and Central America, Europe and Oceania, with payments made via PayPal and credit card.
How long does it take to ship?
Once you place your order, it usually takes 3 to 7 days to process.
Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose.
How do I track my package?
After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
What if I'm not at home?
If you are not at home, a new delivery will be made the next day, or the delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date, depending on the country and shipping method you choose.
You may also need to pick up your package at your local post office if it cannot be delivered.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns subject to the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold in our online store
- The item must not have been used in any way
- Return or exchange requests are made within 14 days of delivery To

Can I exchange an item?
We accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns. To request an exchange, please state when you prepare your return that you wish to exchange your item for another item.
Are returns free?
To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain the return address. Once you receive the address, place the item securely in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
In some cases, your return is free. If you return an item and the reason for the return is not a lukler.com error, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
